A modern workshop allows LE Computers to diagnose computer problems for both business and private customers, and to offer a priority service with a guaranteed response time of one business day.
LE Computers carries out repairs, upgrades, and configurations as well as offering a popular service The Helpdesk, which includes a remote access service. This eliminates much of the stress for clients and, more importantly, ensures minimum downtime for your computer. Virus and Malware Removal
Our friendly technicians are extremely experienced in dealing with computer that have been infected with a virus or malware. Even the infamous fake anti-virus programs are no match for our technicians. Remember the key to successfully removing a virus or other infection is to get it seen to early. If after scanning with your anti-virus the infection is still there bring in your computer ASAP to have it removed.
Data Recovery or Transfer
In our modern workshop we are able to safely trasnfer your data from your old computer to your new one. Even if the computer is not operational often we can transfer your data.
We also offer a data recovery service even for crashed or damaged hard drives. This is either done in-house or if needed our service partners laboratory.
Installation Service
Not only do we completely setup any computer purchased from us we also offer a service to setup computers bought elsewhere. Instead of spending up to 3 hours completing the setup on your new computer purchased from a retail store we can do this for you. This includes finishing the setup, completing Windows updates, installing, configuring and updating your antivirus and other programs you might need. Of course we can also transfer your data and setup your email client program including your old emails, contacts and calender.
Repairs
With our extensive network of suppliers we can source most parts to repair your computer. We will be honest with our appraisal of your computer and will offer the best solution to your computer issues.
Upgrades
Most computers have some economical upgrades available. We, through our extensive network of suppliers, can source the best choice, install and configure ready for you to use.
Maintenance Service
We recommend all our client's computers are serviced at least annually. During this service we check that the computer is running at its peak, give it a physical clean then check for virus, spyware and malware.
Telephone and Data Cabling
Our technicians can help you with cabling within your home or business. From installing a telephone extension point to wiring an entire network.

Our turnaround time is usually under 3 days with 80% of computers being returned to their owner in 2 days. If we need to wait on parts supply we will be able to give you a good idea of how long you may have to wait.

We also offer a cost effective pick up and delivery service within 20km of our shop at Toronto and also offer on-site service if appropriate.
Faster response and correction of problems. With our virtual technician service we are able to correct minor issues via the internet for you. We create your own support session on-line you join us and we actually work directly on your computer without leaving our office (conditions apply included in Gold Support, small fee for Silver Support).

1. Annual service with Helpdesk - join the Silver or Gold Support Club
2. Quaterly service with Helpdesk and our proactive maintenance service (12 month contract) - Priority 4 hours onsite service guarantee for emergency issues.
3. Regular booked hours with our IT Technicains onsite - regular services and as needed. Book as little as 4 hours per month (2 hours per fortnight). This is a great way of having the convenience of your own IT department.
